2. How are my shipping charges calculated?
Rates are based on the weight of the package. We charge the amount that is posted on the carrier's respective websites. We do not have any hidden charges and no handling charges.
3. How long does
my package take to arrive at its destination? YukonBay.com processes
orders received before 3pm (EST) the same business day. Orders received after
3pm (EST) are processed the next business day and then shipped based on the
shipping method you selected. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday,
excluding legal holidays.
4. Does YukonBay.com service international destinations?
Yes, YukonBay.com ships to some International Addresses. Some products we carry cannot be shipped out of the country. Yukon Bay does not know the laws in your country, if you order an item and it is confiscated by your customs service, Yukon Bay will not be held responsible. If you order an item that cannot be exported we will notify you via email as soon as possible. The freight cahrges noted during checkout are just an estimate for international packages. You will be emailed the correct total, and your order will not be shipped until you return the email approving the charges.
